Hello world!

Welcome to my new blog! I've gotten some recent inspiration to creat my own blog in order to share with all of you my incredible life as a new mama. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

To catch you all up, 5 1/2 moths ago I became a mama to the most beautiful baby boy, Vincent Valentino Turri. He was born Tuesday, Dec 14, 2010 @ 3:25pm. He weighed 8lbs 1.4oz & was 21 inches long!

He came into this world with a smile on his face & has brought one continuous smile to my face ever since!

Six days later Vincent got to celebrate his first holiday, Christmas! He also got to meet his Papa who he's named after. It was such a special holiday. I will never forget it as long as I live. Good food, great company and a new bundle of joy to be thankful for.

Since then, Vincent and I both got to be a part of some very BIG events. The first being his uncle Ryan's first movie premier for The Big Foot Election.

The movie was a HIT and Vincent was quiet through the whole thing! I don't think I could say the same thing should he go to a movie now, but needless to say it was an event both of us were very proud to be a part of.

The other amazing event really took the cake. Birthday cake that is!
In April, Vincent's Great Great Grandma Green turned 105!

We drove down to Artesia to help her celebrate the incredible milestone.

In just 5 1/2 short months Vincent has also celebrated six major birthdays including Jay and I's. He's traveled to Artesia, Alamogordo and Angel Fire with an upcoming trip to California in July (hopefully) and New York City in September. And, to include a growth milestones, he's got two teeth already!

Not the best pic, I know, but after 15+ tries this was the best I was going to get...

He is the sweetest, most smily little guy I have ever met! He has brought so much love and joy to my life and to others. I never knew what to expect before being a mama but I wouldn't trade it for the world!

He is growing up so fast but I am SO excited to be able to document all of it, so please stay tuned for more of our adventures!
